we be sure that no two computers in the Internet have the same IP addresses?
Answer : This depends
upon the allocation of network ids to user organizations by the Network
Information Center (NIC). Of course, networks with unauthorized network ids may
become connected, in which case the requirement for unique IP addresses is
broken.
